Project that evolves from the site

This is a site that overlooks the backwater of BHATGHAR DAMS and is located on a mountainous terrain - the Foothills of Rajgad fort. 

The house chooses to not make a statement of its own and enhances on experiencing the nature which is facilitated by a 18' opening in the living room over looking the Valley. The house layout has been derived from the contours of the site. All the rooms over-look backwaters and the site is oriented so that most of the attention is sought by the views of the Rajgad fort.
